Our care process

How Fluffology turns every grooming visit into thoughtful, personalized pet care

Every pet has a different coat, temperament and comfort level. Our approach focuses on gentle handling, practical grooming choices and clear communication with owners. We explain what each service involves, identify individual care needs and tailor the visit to help pets feel as relaxed as possible throughout the experience.

Our four-step grooming method

From the first coat assessment to the final comfort check

  1. Understand the pet's needs. We discuss coat condition, grooming history, sensitivities and the owner's priorities. This initial assessment helps us choose suitable services and identify areas that need extra care before grooming begins.
  2. Prepare a comfortable grooming session. We consider the pet's temperament, introduce handling calmly and select appropriate brushes, bathing products and grooming tools. Regular comfort checks help us respond to signs of stress and adjust our approach when needed.
  3. Provide tailored coat and hygiene care. Depending on the agreed service, we focus on bathing, thorough brushing, de-shedding, coat trimming, nail maintenance and gentle cleaning around the face and ears. Each step is adapted to the pet's coat type and individual requirements.
  4. Review the results and share care advice. We check the finished coat, explain any areas that may need ongoing attention and suggest practical maintenance between visits. The goal is to help owners maintain coat health, everyday cleanliness and a manageable grooming routine at home.
